Punks Listen at UCC Library In-Person
Punks Listen Fanzine – Cork Launch at UCC Library
UCC Library is hosting the Cork launch of Punks Listen Fanzine—a unique collection of personal stories about favourite records from musicians, writers, actors, and music fans. This event follows the highly successful Punks Listen book launch at UCC Library in 2022.
Join us for an evening of music, memories, and conversation, where a panel of special guests will share the records and music that shaped their lives and discuss how music has inspired them.
Editors Michael Murphy & Niall McGuirk (Hope Collective) will introduce the fanzine and moderate the discussion.
On the night, you can:
Pick up a copy of the zine
Take part in a special raffle to win amazing prizes—all in support of the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Refugee Appeal
Punks Listen Zine is the latest benefit publication from Dublin DIY punk group, Hope Collective. Featuring over 100 contributions from the likes of Will Sergeant, Bill Drummond, Esme Young, Holly Johnson, Jimmy Destri, Marcella Detroit, and many more, this is a must-have for music lovers
