Podcasting Workshop: Learn to Create Your Own Show! 

UCC Library and Cork Podcast Festival are teaming up to bring you an interactive, hands-on workshop on How to Make a Podcast! Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this session will give you the tools to create a high-quality, professional podcast.

 What You’ll Learn:
 - Basic audio editing using Reaper (a free digital audio workstation).
 - How to record and refine your voice for clarity.
 - Essential editing techniques to make your content engaging.
 - Audio processing fundamentals like EQ & Compression.
 - How to master your audio output for a polished, professional finish.

Meet Your Instructor:

This workshop will be taught by Dave Hackett, UCC Library’s Programmes and Events Coordinator and host of the local UCC98.3FM podcast Keeping Track. Learn from an experienced podcaster who knows the ins and outs of creating great audio content!
