Show & Tell Tour - Life on Land: Trees & Birds from the 17th to 21st Centuries

Show & Tell Tour - Life on Land: Trees & Birds from the 17th to 21st Centuries In-Person

This tour accompanies the online exhibition ‘Life on Land: Trees and Birds from the 17th-21st Centuries’. In this tour we'll explore some of the items in the online exhibition as well as others selected from UCC Library's Special Collections.  You'll see maps, posters, prints and books of trees and birds as drawn and described by mapmakers, artists, botanists, philosophers, ornithologists, writers and photographers. The show & tell tour 'Life on Land: Trees and Birds from the 17th-21st Centuries’ draws on UN's Sustainable Development Goal: Life on Land, and UCC’s Sustainable Development Goal Toolkit.

The Heritage Week tour is fully booked. The next tour is open for booking on Friday 23 September as part of Culture Night.
