Canva Workshop - Designing Academic Posters Online
Are you interested in increasing your skills in graphic design but currently have no experience? UCC Library & Skills Centre are collaborating to deliver a Canva workshop for absolute beginners, whether you are hoping to create posters for seminars or add more style to your presentations – this can all be done through Canva.
Canva (https://www.canva.com) is a user-friendly, graphic design online platform that can be used for creating and styling anything from posters, presentations, reports and more. In this workshop, you will learn about guidelines to follow when making posters, such as the basic principles of design and designing for accessibility. There will also be a demo on the user interface of Canva and how to navigate and use the online platform.
This workshop will be conducted via Teams. You will receive a link to the Teams meeting the day before the workshop.
