FAIR Data Forum - Registered Reports - Dr Aoife O'Mahony Online

The FAIR Data Forum aims to provide a space in UCC to share FAIR implementation stories, for peer learning and engaging with different perspectives, and to allow for feedback on the current and emerging needs of sustainable engagement with FAIR data sharing.
This talk will introduce the Registered Report publishing format, including an overview of this approach and its potential benefits.
Dr Aoife O’Mahony is a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Public Health at UCC. Her PhD in Psychology from Cardiff University focused on the Registered Reports publishing format and whether research published through this process is more rigorous and transparent than standard scientific publishing practices.
