Important - please complete these steps before the session:

1. Connect any smartphones/iPhones/laptops/other devices to UCC's Wi-Fi network 'eduroam'. There is limited phone/data reception in the basement and you will need internet access to authenticate your login. For help on connecting, visit the eduroam webpage

2a. Install and register the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone or iPhone with your UCC email address. There will be very limited or no phone signal available, so you will need the app to log into Library resources during the session's activities i.e. you won’t be able to complete MFA via text message or voice call.

2b. Once the app is installed and registered, please also go into its Update security info section and change the Default sign-in method to “App-based authentication – notification.” Full instructions are available via the Multifactor Authentication website.
