Digital Scholarship Studio Drop-in Tour
UCC Library's Digital Scholarship Studio is a technology-rich space providing access to equipment, hardware and software to enable new modes of knowledge building and to create opportunities for you to develop your digital literacy skills and integrate digital tools into your learning.
From September 12th until the October 26th, UCC students and staff are invited to drop-in for a short tour of the Studio. Tours will run every Tuesday at 10:30am and every Thursday at 2:30pm and will last 30 minutes.
During the tour, you'll find out more about:
- Digital Makerspace: 3D printing, 3D scanning, mold making
- Equipment you can borrow
- Computers and software available
- Breakout space for project planning, podcasting, video and audio production
- VR Digital Environment Lounge
- Library Studio and Podcast Studio
- Workshops and support available for you
No registration required, just turn up on the day at the Digital Scholarship Studio on Q+1 (first floor) of Boole Library. Looking forward to seeing you!
