DESCRIPTION:This workshop helps you with locating and using scholarly 
 databases for assignments and research. Databases offer access to a wide 
 range of content\, from scholarly journals and newspaper archives\, to 
 up-to-date statistics and photography collections. There are opportunities 
 to practise using databases via interactive exercises.\n\nSee UCC Library's 
 A-Z Databases\n\n \n\nLearning Outcomes\n\n\n	Locate individual databases 
 via the A-Z list on the UCC Library website​\n	Apply appropriate search 
 techniques to retrieve information from different databases\n\n\n 
 \n\nIntended audience: UCC students. We recommend attending the First 
 Steps: Finding Books\, Journal Articles and More workshop first.
