Disability in the Workforce Panel discussion - Lifelong Learning Festival 2026 In-Person

Panel discussion featuring Shay Nolan, UCC Employability Programme, Alexandra Moloney, First Year student, and Alfie Davis, UCC Library Employee Coordinator. Will also be students who completed the Employability internships.

Ireland has the lowest proportion of people with disabilities working full time in Europe, with just 23 per cent in full-time employment. This panel discussion will explore the importance and impact of providing additional supports to students with disabilities as they begin their journey into the workplace.
