UCC Library Digital Badge Launch (Research Ready: Using Resources with Confidence) In-Person
UCC Library is delighted to announce the creation of a new digital badge to help students develop essential skills in finding, evaluating, and using academic resources.
The Research Ready: Using Resources with Confidence digital badge is designed for all students, regardless of discipline or level, who want to build confidence and important lifelong skills in finding and using information. The digital badge was created in partnership with intern Lara Horgan (Law and French student) who worked closely with Stephanie Chen (Learning & Teaching Librarian) and project lead throughout the summer.
Please join us at this launch event to celebrate the creation of a new digital badge from the Library. The event will include a welcome from Liz Jolly, University Librarian, presentations from Stephanie Chen and Lara Horgan, and a live demo of the digital badge.
All welcome! The event is free, but in-person places are limited. Tea and coffee provided.
You can join this event online via Teams or attend in-person in the Library Seminar Room on Q floor of Boole Library. To attend online, please register here.
